These terms apply to your use of persjay.com and to any WordPress plugin you download or buy from Persjay Apps. By buying or using our products, you agree to them.
Each paid license lets you use the plugin on the number of websites included in the plan you bought. Our plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2 or later. Your license key gives you access to updates and support for as long as the license is active.
Orders are processed by Freemius, Inc., our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, invoicing and sales tax. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Freemius account or by contacting us; the plugin keeps working after cancellation, but updates and support stop at the end of the paid period. Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment with no renewals.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Active licenses include product updates and email support. We aim to answer within two business days, but we can’t guarantee specific response times or that every customization request can be met.
You agree not to use our products or website for anything unlawful, to attempt to bypass licensing, or to resell license keys.
Our plugins are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can’t promise they’ll be error-free or compatible with every theme, plugin or host. Always keep backups of your site. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
