This policy explains what information Persjay Apps (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit persjay.com, buy one of our WordPress plugins, or use those plugins on your own site, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact and support messages. When you use our contact page, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply.
• Purchases. Plugin sales are processed by Freemius, Inc., our reseller and Merchant of Record. Freemius collects your billing and payment details; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, license and order details so we can provide support and manage your license.
• Plugin usage data (opt-in only). When you activate one of our plugins, it may ask whether you’d like to share basic, non-sensitive diagnostic data (such as WordPress and PHP versions, site URL and plugin events) through Freemius. This is optional, and you can opt out at any time from the plugin’s account page.
• Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, and cookies to remember your preferences. Non-essential cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver and license the plugins you buy, provide support, send important updates about your purchase, improve our products and website, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the business: Freemius (sales, licensing, plugin updates), Google Analytics (site statistics), our hosting provider and our email delivery service. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase and license records for as long as your license is active and as required for accounting and tax purposes. Support messages are kept for as long as they’re useful for helping you.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for optional data collection. Send your request through our contact page and we’ll respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
