We want you to be happy with your purchase. Every paid Persjay Apps plugin comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How it works

If, within 30 days of your purchase, you run into a problem that makes the plugin unusable for you and we aren’t able to fix it, we’ll refund your payment in full. Reach out through our contact page with your order email and a short description of the issue. Giving us a chance to help first is part of the guarantee — most problems can be solved quickly.

Renewals

Automatic renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if you didn’t mean to renew and haven’t used the renewed license.

What’s not covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase
• Changing your mind about a feature that’s clearly described on the product page, without first contacting support
• Purchases where the license terms were broken

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed by Freemius, our Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, the license is deactivated.
